Responsable Juridique – Cofina Gabon

The Responsable Juridique position is a legal lead role at COFINA Gabon, responsible for developing and ensuring the implementation of the institution's legal policy, advising operational directions, and proactively managing legal risks within the subsidiary. The candidate coordinates legal actions, organizes board and general meetings, conducts regulatory monitoring, ensures governance compliance, and manages organic documents.

Applicants should have a BAC+5 in private law, banking techniques or an equivalent field, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the banking or financial sector, with the position based in Libreville.
