The World Bank is recruiting a Digital Transformation Specialist to supervise and drive digital projects in Gabon, with a focus on digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital entrepreneurship, and the digitisation of public services. The role aims to support the development of the digital sector in Gabon through project leadership, policy advice, and intersectoral coordination with government and partners.

Master's degree in digital technologies, computer science, engineering or equivalent; at least 5 years of experience in digital development, project management or digital transformation; proficiency in French and English.
