Agent Coaching des Champions

The Agent Coaching des Champions is a coaching and engagement role within Gozem. The position focuses on supporting and motivating affiliated drivers, managing performance, and ensuring adherence to the company’s charter of good conduct. It includes daily coaching, group sessions, disciplinary actions, and performance monitoring, with responsibilities spanning engagement, support, and related administrative tasks.
