The UK Young Academy invites emerging leaders from every sector to join its UK-wide interdisciplinary community. The program supports early-career professionals to influence policy, lead innovative projects, and foster cross-sector partnerships addressing issues such as climate resilience, health equity, education reform, and responsible technology.

You must be in the early stages of a professional career (roughly 3-12 years post-qualification or in the early stages of your profession) and reside in the UK; you should have a track record of excellence and leadership in your field.
