The Microsoft SMME Capacity Building Programme (SCBP) is a twelve-month capacity-building programme aimed at helping black-owned South African businesses grow and sustain operations. It supports 10 businesses across various sectors with skills in operations, marketing, HR, digital transformation, and financial management, along with technical support and potential investment. The programme provides expert guidance, digital transformation skills, networking opportunities, and tailored business development tools, with no participation fee.
