gani – a sculpture, architecture, painting and graphic competition

The Gan(i) competition is an open contest organized by the Association of Architects and Sculptors of Tbilisi, under the cultural-educational initiative Love – Path of Redemption. It invites students and young artists to create new artwork based on the graphic form of the Georgian Asomtavruli letter “gani” across three directions: sculpture, architecture, and painting/graphics. A prize fund is awarded across the categories, with monetary prizes for winners and opportunities for mentorship and exhibition as part of the competition process.

Cash prizes for winners in each direction; potential exhibition and jury evaluation; mentorship and related competition activities.

Georgia citizenship required; open to students (including university students) and young artists; participation is possible individually or in groups; each participant or group may submit only one artwork per direction.

Submit artwork in one of the three directions (sculpture, architecture, painting/graphics) by the stated deadline through the venue indicated by the organizer.
