The competition is a funding call under the Creative Europe programme for the translation, publication, distribution and promotion of European literary works. It targets organizations that can apply independently or as a consortium of at least two organizations, and requires a strategy for editorial, distribution and promotion, including a minimum number of translations. Authors of the works must be citizens or residents of eligible countries, including Georgia, or their works must be recognized as part of the literary heritage of those countries.
