Advanced certified diploma course in EU labour mobility for public officials

The European Labour Authority invites higher education institutions across the EU and EEA to co-develop and deliver an advanced certified diploma course in EU labour mobility for public officials. The course aims to strengthen professional capacity in cross-border labour mobility and social security coordination.

Be a higher education institution legally established in a Member State of the EU or in a country of the EEA; Be authorised to award degrees or diplomas at ISCED level 7; Demonstrate expertise in EU labour mobility law, EU social security coordination, or labour inspection and enforcement cooperation; Be able to deliver the course in at least one official EU/EEA language; Be able to start the course in 2026/2027 or 2027/2028.
