Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders Program 2025

The Atlantic Dialogues Emerging Leaders (ADEL) is a leadership program that serves as a launchpad for rising changemakers from the Atlantic Basin and Africa. The 12th edition runs December 7–11, 2025 in Rabat, Morocco, followed by participation in the Atlantic Dialogues conference from December 11–13, 2025. It is a fully funded week of leadership development with workshops, training, and engagement in policy discussions.

Tailored leadership training and workshops; exposure to global policy discussions; networking with senior leaders and peers; opportunities for collaboration and visibility within the ADEL and PCNS communities; lifelong alumni network.

Young professionals aged 25-35, citizens or residents of Atlantic Basin countries, fluent in English, available for the full period, with leadership potential and a track record of impact.
