Russian Government Scholarship 2026

The Russian Government Scholarship 2026 is a state-funded scholarship programme enabling study at Russian universities for international students. It provides full tuition coverage, access to a Russian preparatory language year, discounted university accommodation and a monthly living allowance. The programme is run annually in cooperation between the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and Vietnam’s Ministry of Education and Training.

Full tuition waiver; discounted university accommodation; monthly living stipend; one-year Russian language preparatory course before the degree programme.

Applicants may include recent high school graduates, bachelor’s degree holders, master’s degree holders and doctoral candidates who wish to pursue a higher degree in Russia; applicants must meet academic, health and programme regulations.

Register and apply online via the official system of the Russian Ministry of Education and submit paper documents through the Department of International Cooperation of Vietnam’s Ministry of Education and Training.
