Santander X Spain Awards │ Proyectos Emprendedores Universitarios 2026

The Santander X Spain Awards │ Proyectos Emprendedores Universitarios 2026 is a national competition for university entrepreneurial projects in the validation phase for market launch. It recognises and promotes projects with high scalability and innovation potential and awards cash and visibility prizes. Winning teams gain direct access to the national Santander X Spain Award | University 2026 competition and may receive mentoring and exposure through Santander X channels. The Universitat de Barcelona coordinates and verifies participation of its university community in this call.

€2,000 cash prize for project development; direct access/registration to the national Santander X Spain Award | University 2026; visibility on Santander X and Grupo Santander channels; possible mentoring sessions.

Entrepreneurs or university entrepreneurial teams where at least one team member is a student or graduate within the last 5 years of a participating university, or a professor, researcher, public servant, has formal affiliation with the university, or is a current entrepreneur or mentor within the university. Additionally, at least one team member must reside in Spain. Projects must be in the validation phase for market launch with an MVP or conceptual prototype, or legally incorporated without revenue or capital raised, or be an innovative/technology-based project.

Register and apply through the Santander X application platform; selection involves pre-selection, expert evaluation by the Universitat de Barcelona, and a final jury presentation (pitch).
