Europe 2017 Travel Award Cycle

The Europe 2017 Travel Award provides funding support for alumni of the European Amgen Scholars Programme to attend scientific meetings, conferences or workshops. Awards cover travel, registration and accommodation costs up to specified limits, with no requirement to present. The scheme supports a limited number of awards annually and applicants must be alumni currently enrolled in a PhD or MD-PhD programme.

Funding for travel, conference registration and accommodation; requirement to write a short report within 2 months of attending the event.

Alumni of the European Amgen Scholars Programme who are currently enrolled in a PhD or MD-PhD programme may apply.

Applications are submitted on the official form and electronically to the Amgen Scholars European Coordinating Centre; a letter of support from an academic referee is required.
