Programa ERC Portugal da FCT

The ERC-Portugal programme supports national participation in European Research Council calls, offering preparation support, peer pre-assessment, and funding pathways through three axes: ERC-PT Pre-assessment, ERC-PT A-Projects, and ERC-PT Careers. It aims to capacitate national institutions and researchers to compete successfully for ERC funding, and to attract and retain talent in Portugal. The funding mechanisms include a capped financial support per proposal and targeted opportunities for career development related to ERC grants.
