Master Trainer in TVET 2016 (Short-term Training Programme for TVET Specialists)

The Master Trainer in TVET 2016 is a short-term educational programme for vocational education and training (TVET) specialists, implemented by the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ). The programme aims to strengthen the qualifications of young professionals in pedagogy, didactics, management and administrative work in the TVET sector. It consists of three phases covering seven modules; the first and second modules are implemented in Georgia and the remaining five modules take place in Germany. Participants must be supported by their employer, who is expected to ensure reintegration after completion.

Participation in a three-phase, seven-module professional training programme with modules delivered in Georgia and in Germany.

Applicants must have at least three years' experience in the public sector in vocational education or in project management in the education field, more than three years' work experience in a vocational education institution, a higher education diploma in vocational education or education management, proficiency in English, leadership experience, and be no older than 45. The applicant's candidacy must be supported by their employer, who must commit to supporting participation and reintegration after programme completion.
