The Julius Berger Nigeria 2026 Workshop Engineer Development Programme is a development programme for Nigerian graduates. It supports engineering capacity building by placing participants in a workshop environment to assist in technical and quality-related repair, service, and maintenance activities, with an emphasis on developing future workshop supervisors and managers.
