University of Vienna Andreas Tietze Memorial Fellowship 2027

The University of Vienna Andreas Tietze Memorial Fellowship is a short-term, fully funded research opportunity focused on Turkish Studies. It supports advanced doctoral researchers and early-career scholars to undertake a research stay in Vienna, carry out an original project, and engage with the Department of Near Eastern Studies through activities such as lectures or seminars. The fellowship provides a €1,500 monthly scholarship and access to university facilities for a duration of 1–3 months.

Monthly stipend of €1,500; workspace with computer and internet; full use of the University Library and research facilities; opportunity to present research and interact with the department.

Advanced doctoral students (ABD), postdoctoral researchers, or early-stage researchers with a research topic in Turkish Studies.
