Intervention Officer Responsable d’Appui Communal (H/F) – RDC/Guinée

The Intervention Officer Responsable d’Appui Communal is a position within Enabel's SANITA 2 programme, focusing on supporting municipal waste management and urban environment improvements in Conakry’s peri-urban communes. The role involves facilitating planning, implementation, and monitoring of the communal solid waste management improvement plan, coordinating resources, and strengthening local governance capacities. It includes technical advisory support to municipal authorities and collaboration with public and private actors to ensure durable service delivery.

Contractual employment with salary according to Enabel scales, health coverage, transport and housing allowances as applicable

Bachelor-level education in sociology, economics and social development, urban management, or related fields; minimum of 5 years in roles oriented to policy or public service improvements in urban contexts; experience in water, sanitation, or environment is preferred.
