The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) is a fully funded scholarship program for international students to pursue bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree studies in Singapore. It covers tuition, provides a living allowance, and includes housing support. The program aims to attract outstanding graduates to study at Singaporean universities and research institutes.
