European Language Label

The European Language Label is an annual national prize that rewards innovative and creative language projects which promote language education and language development. It recognises completed, evaluated and transferable projects with demonstrable results and is awarded by a national organiser in each participating country. Winners receive a European certificate, an award, prize money and the right to use the European Language Label logo. Finalists are selected by an expert jury and present their projects at the national Levende Talen Congress in the Netherlands.

All educational institutions (primary, secondary, higher education and vocational), businesses and the language sector; societal organisations, governments, hospitals, prisons, media, community centres and museums may apply.

Complete the online application form and upload/describe project materials before the deadline; an expert jury selects finalists who present at the Levende Talen Congress.
