Global Education Week

Global Education Week is a themed week (16-22 November) focused on world citizenship, critical thinking and international connectedness. Schools are invited to organise activities such as guest lessons, debates, projects, partner encounters and collaborative initiatives that engage pupils with global issues. Activities can take place in class, across a school or together with other schools and community partners. Participating schools can register their activities to have examples shared by the organiser and to be eligible for a prize draw.

Inspiring examples are shared via the organiser's channels; participating schools are entered for a chance to win 2 tickets to the Nuffic conference ‘Samen leren, klaar voor de wereld’ on 2027-02-03.

Schools in primary education, secondary education and special education are invited to participate and organise activities.
