Early Market Engagement for Supply and Installation of Solar PV Panels in 200 Schools under L4662 STEM in Secondary Education Project

An early market engagement (EME) exercise to build market interest for the planned procurement of solar photovoltaic (PV) panels for 200 project schools under the L4662 Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics in Secondary Education Project. The project will upgrade learning environments in 200 schools in Uzbekistan with energy-efficient features, including the installation of solar PV systems, modern laboratory and ICT equipment, and inclusive facilities. The EME event brings together suppliers and ADB/Ministry representatives to share procurement plans and requirements ahead of the procurement planned for Q1 2027.
