The Primer Congreso Nacional de Ética del Educador “Maestro por Vocación” is a national academic event organized by the Ministry of Education (Meduca) focused on strengthening ethics principles, values, and good practices among educators through presentations and workshops by national and international speakers. The event targets educators across Panama, including teachers, directors, supervisors, counselors, and special education professionals, with a program that covers topics such as teacher vocation, leadership, emotional self-management, and classroom mediation.
