TBLF Emerging Political Leaders Fellowship 2025

The TBLF Emerging Political Leaders Fellowship is a fully-funded leadership development program in Nigeria that nurtures and prepares young Nigerians for local, regional and national political leadership. Fellows participate in a year-long program featuring tailored content, mentorship, and opportunities to network with politicians and experts, including a residential bootcamp and capstone project. The fellowship provides extensive networking, mentorship, and the chance to implement civic-driven projects and gain visibility in Nigeria’s political space.

Participation in a high-impact political leadership development program, access to mentoring from credible Nigerian politicians, group and one-on-one meetings with leaders, learning visits to key institutions, and post-program alumni network opportunities.

Open to emerging leaders active in mainstream politics in Nigeria, aged 25-35, with a demonstrable track record of service and no criminal record.

A shortlisted applicant must submit a 3-5 minute application video, an up-to-date CV, and a completed application form.
