Teilnahmevoraussetzungen
Applicants must be citizens or legal permanent residents of a country with diplomatic relations with Japan, reside in that country, conduct Japan-related research in the humanities or social sciences, and be able to remain in Japan for the fellowship duration. Doctoral candidates must be enrolled in a doctoral program and have completed or be close to completing required coursework; researchers must hold a doctoral degree or equivalent professional experience.
