Consultancy: donations, crowdfunding & membership models

A short-term consultancy opportunity to support selected independent media organizations in the Western Balkans within the SustainMedia II initiative. Up to two experienced consultants will provide tailored strategic, mentoring and implementation support for developing donations, crowdfunding, membership and other direct audience revenue models. The consultants will guide and advise participating media teams while responsibility for implementation remains with the media organizations. Each participating organisation is expected to assign relevant team members to work actively with the consultant throughout the process.
