MSU Inbound Scholarship

The MSU Inbound Scholarship supports international undergraduate and graduate students to undertake internships, academic exchange, professional experience, or research activities at Mahasarakham University for Academic Year 2026–2027. Activities must last at least 30 days and up to one academic semester. The university has allocated a total of 40 inbound scholarships for the academic year. Financial support includes monthly living allowances and reimbursements of actual expenses up to specified maximum rates by destination group.

Monthly living allowance (THB 5,000 with university accommodation; THB 9,000 without), reimbursement of actual expenses up to destination-group maximums (examples: THB 20,000 for Cambodia/Laos/Myanmar/Vietnam; THB 60,000 for Korea/Japan/China/Taiwan/HK/Singapore; THB 40,000 for other Asian countries; THB 120,000 for Europe/Africa/Americas/Australia). A total of 40 inbound scholarships allocated for Academic Year 2026–2027.

International undergraduate and graduate students currently studying at an overseas university recognized by the relevant accreditation authority may apply. Applicants must have an acceptance document from an overseas host organization, demonstrate sufficient English or destination-country language ability, meet GPA requirements (undergraduate GPA ≥ 3.00; graduate GPA ≥ 3.50), have satisfactory conduct and medical examination, and maintain health and accident insurance covering their stay in Thailand.
