Global Young Professionals Programme 2027

The Global Young Professionals Programme 2027 is a full-time, hybrid graduate intake at Genesis for early-career professionals and recent graduates to develop consulting skills and work on development challenges for public, private, and donor-state clients. It is based primarily in Johannesburg, Cape Town, or Nairobi, with potential opportunities in other locations for exceptional candidates. The programme includes structured development, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders and clients.
