Marathon Petroleum Scholars Program

The Marathon Petroleum Scholars Program provides undergraduate scholarships for high school seniors who are children of Marathon Petroleum employees, to pursue full-time study at an accredited two-year or four-year college or vocational school. Scholarships are awarded as renewable and non-renewable awards with amounts of $4,000 each year, contingent on eligibility and need, and may be renewed for up to three years. Selection considers academic performance, leadership, activities, work experience, goals, and personal circumstances, with the program administered by Scholarship America.

Award amounts of $4,000 per year (renewable for up to three years, or non-renewable one-time awards), consideration of financial need, and eligibility for continuation based on transcripts and continuing enrollment.
