Faculty of Law Research Funding Scholarships, University of Graz

The Faculty of Law at the University of Graz offers research funding scholarships to support enrolled students in carrying out academic work and research projects. The awards are intended to cover specific costs arising from research projects, such as research stays abroad. Funding decisions are managed by the deanery of the faculty and are based on justification of actual project-related costs.

Monetary grant for project costs (750–3,600 EUR per project) with staged payment: 75% at contract signature and 25% after final report; support intended for research-related expenses such as research stays abroad.

Applicants must be regularly enrolled students at the Faculty of Law, University of Graz working on an unfinished academic work that requires specific costs, and must justify the necessity of expenses for activities such as a research stay.

Monitor calls published in the university's official journal; submit a complete application dossier to the faculty service including a formal request to the deanery, project description, detailed budget, and supporting documents; applications are reviewed by the deanery and successful candidates sign a scholarship contract.
