The Academy Synergy Building Session (ASBS): Leadership Pathways for Young Scientists in Academies is a peer-learning session organised for members of the NASAC community. It is tailored for academy secretariat staff and officials to foster a network-based culture of excellence, efficiency, cohesion and synergy. The session provides a platform for participants to share perspectives and proven practices that shape their work within the academy ecosystem and features a presentation by Prof. Priscilla Kolibea Mante of the Ghana Young Academy.
