Lagos Business School Young Talents Programme 2026

The Lagos Business School Young Talents Programme (YTP) is a highly selective talent development initiative for outstanding young graduates in Nigeria. It consists of an intensive two-day, in-person learning and leadership experience with mentorship, leadership development, and career positioning components. The programme identifies and supports high-potential individuals through mentorship, professional exposure, and a pipeline for advanced academic opportunities and recruitment by partner organisations and sponsors.

Mentorship from faculty and professionals, leadership development, exposure to career opportunities, and potential recruitment by partner organizations and sponsors.

Young graduates across Nigeria who show strong academic performance and leadership potential; under 30 years old at application; currently undergoing NYSC or have completed NYSC; first class or second class upper degree holders; master's degree holders or candidates optional; previous YTP participants are not eligible.
