The Roundtable: Career Plan is a panel session featuring early-career researchers and recent PhD holders in natural sciences and technology who present their career paths from doctorate to current positions. The session includes discussion of challenges faced and plans for the future and is part of the 9th IPSSC conference. It also invites short 3-minute presentations taking place elsewhere in the conference programme.
