Dinamica legislativă şi realitatea juridică is the annual scientific session of the Institutul de Cercetări Juridice „Acad. Andrei Rădulescu” focusing on legislative dynamics and legal reality. The event features a plenary session and four thematic sections covering civil, labour, family, procedural and commercial law; general theory, philosophy and sociology of law, constitutional and administrative law; criminal sciences and criminology; and European and public international law. Presentations are given by researchers, academics, lawyers, judges and other legal professionals. The session takes place at the institute headquarters and is transmitted online.
