BEACON (Be Empowered and Active to Contribute to the Nation) Scholarship and Leadership Development Programme

BEACON is a scholarship and leadership development programme that prepares young leaders to contribute to their communities in Singapore through structured training, community service and hands-on learning. The programme provides scholars with leadership development workshops, mentorship, networking opportunities and exposure to real-world leadership scenarios. It is run in partnership with Singapore universities including the National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University and Singapore Management University. Activities include professional-led training, community projects and an annual networking event for scholars and alumni.

Leadership development training and workshops, mentorship and professional guidance, community service and hands-on project experience, networking with peers and alumni.

Key beneficiaries are 18–25 years old. The programme is designed for young people in Singapore.
