Johanna-Quandt-Wirtschaftsstipendium

The Johanna-Quandt-Wirtschaftsstipendium is a project stipend for journalistic work such as podcasts, article series, video formats or similar. It supports a practical project phase following the Johanna-Quandt-Sommerforum and provides a monthly allowance during the practice phase as well as reimbursement for project-related costs. The foundation covers accommodation and meals during in-person events; travel costs are not covered.

Up to €5,000 total project funding; €600 per month during the practice phase; reimbursement of project-related costs up to €2,600; accommodation and meals during presence events covered.

Applicants proposing a journalistic project (e.g. podcast, article series, video format) may apply.

Apply via the foundation's application form. After the Sommerforum submit a project sketch including a cost plan; project-related costs must be documented for reimbursement.
