France Excellence Eiffel scholarship program 2026

The France Excellence Eiffel scholarship program is a government initiative to attract foreign students to enroll in Master’s and PhD programs in French higher education institutions. It provides a monthly allowance and additional services, but does not cover tuition fees. The program targets applicants from foreign countries for Master’s and Doctoral studies and is administered through Campus France in collaboration with French institutions.

Monthly stipend, international and national transportation, insurance, housing assistance, cultural activities, and related services.

Applicants from foreign countries up to 29 years old can apply at the master’s level, and applicants up to 35 years old can apply at the PhD level.
