It is structured as a multi-phase program spanning up to a year, including virtual and in-person components, with aims to move concepts toward a fundable, venture-ready foundation. The program offers guidance, technical validation support, and connections to investors and partners, with a focus on startups that utilize advanced technologies such as Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Data & Predictive Analytics.

Must be working as a team or actively forming one; co-founders are strongly encouraged. Founders should be ready to explore bold ideas, build lightweight prototypes, and be incorporated as a U.S. entity before Phase 2.
