The Azerbaijan Government Scholarship Programme 2025 offers international students financial support to study in Azerbaijan at undergraduate, master’s, or PhD levels. The package includes tuition coverage, international flights, a monthly living stipend, medical insurance, and visa/registration assistance for selected candidates each year.

Open to international students excluding citizens of Azerbaijan.

Nomination by relevant government authorities or institutions in the applicant’s home country, followed by final online submission through the centralized admission system.
