Utokyo Amgen Scholars program 2025

The Utokyo Amgen Scholars program offers undergraduate students the chance to undertake eight weeks of biomedical research at the University of Tokyo. It targets students from across Asia who are considering graduate studies in biology or related sciences. Participants receive a stipend, accommodation, travel support, and access to UTokyo facilities, working full-time in university laboratories during the program.

Accommodation, stipend, travel cost coverage, full-time research experience, access to campus facilities and cultural events.

Undergraduate students who are attending colleges or universities across the Asia region that award a bachelor’s degree, have completed at least their first year, will resume undergraduate studies after the program, and meet English language requirements.

Shortlisted applicants will be contacted mid- to late March 2025.
