Young Journalism Award 2024

The Young Journalism Award 2024 (IV edition) is organized by Atlas Network and La Cátedra Vargas Llosa to recognize journalists under 35 for excellence, informational rigor, ethical consistency and defense of freedom in journalism. It invites works across categories including Chronicle, Opinion – Essay, and Journalistic Investigation, published in Spanish in the year prior to the closing of the call. The prize includes a monetary award and an invitation to participate in related events and public engagements.

Monetary prize of US $10,000 and fully funded participation in associated events and speaking engagements.

Journalists under the age of 35 of any origin may participate.
