Romania Government Scholarships 2026 (Fully Funded)

The Transilvania Academica Scholarship (TAS) is a competitive scholarship offered by Transilvania University of Brașov to international Master’s students from non-EU/EEA countries. You must hold a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification and apply for a Master’s degree programme offered by Transilvania University of Brașov; you must be from a non-EU/EEA country.

Submit documents through the online TAS application portal (CV, motivation letter, three letters of recommendation, bachelor’s degree diploma or provisional certificate, all in English).
