London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine CREATIVE Fellowship 2026

The CREATIVE fellowship is a 30-month international clinical research capacity strengthening programme funded by the European Union. It combines work placements at six African health research institutions with academic training through distance-learning MSc programs, industry exposure, and structured mentorship. Up to 12 fellowships are available and the scheme operates across Ethiopia, Ghana, The Gambia, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Applicants must be nationals of Ethiopia, Ghana, The Gambia, Uganda, Zambia or Zimbabwe, hold a first- or second-class honours degree in a relevant discipline, have at least one year of health research experience, meet English language requirements, be available to commence full-time in October 2026, and provide two references including one from their current employer.
