Women’s Economic Empowerment Internship

The UN Women Women’s Economic Empowerment Internship offers an opportunity to gain experience in promoting gender equality and women’s economic empowerment. Interns support global initiatives to enhance women’s access to economic resources, improve labor market participation, and advocate for policies that advance gender equity. The role provides professional development in policy research, programme management, and communications while contributing to projects impacting women worldwide.

Stipend to partially subsidize living costs; professional experience in gender equality and women’s economic empowerment; opportunity to develop skills in research, programme management, and communications.

Education requirements include enrollment in a graduate degree or a final year of an undergraduate degree, or recent graduation within two years; proficiency in English is required.
