ISS Dakar Junior Fellowship Programme 2026–2027

The ISS Dakar Junior Fellowship Programme 2026–2027 invites young West Africans to participate in a 10-month fellowship in Dakar focused on gender, human security and geopolitics. Fellows conduct policy-relevant research, attend workshops with policymakers, publish articles and reports, and gain access to a professional network in security and governance. Benefits include a monthly stipend, health insurance, accommodation in Dakar, a return flight, and mentorship from ISS researchers.
