CERN Non-Member State Postdoc Fellowship Programme (Theoretical Physics) 2027

Two postdoctoral fellowships are awarded each year by the CERN Non-Member State Postdoc Fellowship Programme in Theoretical Physics. The fellowship is granted for two years and can exceptionally be extended to a third year. The programme offers access to CERN’s research environment, opportunities to engage with visiting scientists, and collaboration with leading theorists worldwide.

2–3 year contracts (fellowships), competitive salary, research support, access to CERN’s research environment, opportunities to participate in workshops and collaborations.

Early-career researchers (PhD holders or near completion) from CERN member states and non-member states. Special fellowships exist for certain categories.
