Lagos State Public Service Accelerator Program (PSAP) 2026 for Civil Servants

The Lagos State Public Service Accelerator Program (PSAP) is a flagship leadership and capacity-building initiative of the Lagos State Government, designed for high-potential civil servants on grade levels 12–14. It combines leadership development, digital governance, mentorship, project-based learning, and knowledge transfer to prepare future public-sector leaders who can deliver on the T.H.E.M.E.S+ Agenda. The program lasts three months in a hybrid format with masterclasses and practical projects.

Expert-led masterclasses; mentorship from permanent secretaries and senior leaders; applied case studies on Lagos governance challenges; team projects aligned with the T.H.E.M.E.S+ Agenda; Pass-It-On knowledge transfer to younger officers.

Applicants must be Nigerian civil servants on grade levels 12–14 and demonstrate high potential in the civil service.
