Chicken Republic Graduate Trainee Program 2026 (Food Concepts Plc)

The Chicken Republic Graduate Trainee Program is a structured career development initiative by Food Concepts Plc to train young Nigerian graduates in restaurant operations and leadership. Selected trainees will work in Chicken Republic branches and receive hands-on training to become future restaurant managers, with a monthly salary and post-training employment opportunities within Nigeria.

Monthly salary, hands-on training in food service and operations, employment offer on successful completion, career progression into management roles.

Applicants must hold WAEC/GCE/NECO results with 5 credits including Mathematics and English, have a B.Sc. (minimum Second-Class Lower) or HND (minimum Lower Credit) in a related field, have completed NYSC, and possess 0–2 years of work experience.
