Über diese Chance
The HCoC Youth Group second edition is an 18-month fellowship that selects 15 young professionals, graduate students, and early-career researchers to study missile non-proliferation, security studies, and the Hague Code of Conduct. The program combines virtual learning with an in-person workshop in Lithuania, includes webinars and the development of an individual research paper, and concludes with an edited collection of contributions. Travel and accommodation for the in-person workshop are covered, and fellows interact with experts and diplomats throughout the fellowship.

Teilnahmevoraussetzungen
Open to young professionals, graduate students (master’s level or above), and early-career researchers, with applicants ideally under 40 at the time of applying.
