Presidential Amnesty Undergrad & Postgrad Scholarship (OSAPND) 2025/2026 for Nigerians

The Presidential Amnesty OSAPND Scholarship provides full scholarships for indigenes of the Niger Delta to pursue undergraduate and postgraduate programs. It covers tuition, accommodation, and living expenses during the academic period. The scholarship is administered as part of the Presidential Amnesty Programme’s reintegration strategy and is intended to build academic capacity in the region.
