The IMU CDC GRAID Program 2026 offers graduate research assistantships for mathematics students to study full-time and pursue a Master’s or PhD degree in mathematics. The program supports emerging research groups in developing countries and provides stipends and funding for related costs. Each team may apply for up to two assistantships, with a stipend capped at USD 3,500 per year per student, and funds may cover tuition, accommodation, and basic living expenses.

Teilnahmevoraussetzungen
Be a university professor in mathematics with a PhD, based at a university or research center in a developing country classified under Priority 1 or 2 in the IMU CDC Definition of Developing Countries; be currently supervising mathematics Master’s or PhD students; serve as the Principal Investigator of an emerging research group; be part of a group with an active collaboration with an International Partner not based in a Priority 1 or 2 country.
